3EM is an economic interest group (EIG) which develops technical and operational
expertise for the development of renewable marine energy. It is particularly dedicated
to sea water air conditioning (SWAC) and ocean thermal energy conversion  (OTEC).
The 3EM EIG brings together scientific and technical competences for successful SWAC and OTEC projects: from feasibility and engineering studies to project management for maritime work and from economic analysis to regulatory studies.

• CREOCEAN is since 1997 a founder member of the European Economic Interest Grouping (EEIG) EUROPHAR whose objective is to facilitate the environmental protection in harbour areas. With its partners, the ports of Genoa (Italy) and Valencia (Spain), the IPEC foundation (Valencia), and SEPG, The Ecological Service of the port of Genoa, CREOCEAN contributes to develop action plans for the safety, security and environmental management.
